To PNMs: first of all, if you’re reading this website you probably have a lot of preconceived notions about sororities nd rushing already. Please try to get these out of your mind before rush starts!! You may be pleasantly (or negatively) surprised by certain chapters, or you may not vibe with a chapter you thought you liked before. All of this is okay and normal, so don’t freak out! Rush should be about seeing what house you will fit in the best with, so go in with an open mind and be willing to change your previous opinions. Ignore rankings, ignore stereotypes, and go with your gut and your feelings. Yes, rush is an incredibly stressful and draining appearance, but staying true to yourself and being open will make the process will make it better for you. Rush has a way of working out in the end!
