I went through rush and got cut from the sororities I felt like I meshed with the best before pref day and I ended up accepting a bid at a different sorority. Now I'm second guessing if I'll actually be happy here after meeting my pc because I don't seem to have anything in common with them. Would it be better for me to deactivate in a couple weeks, before initiation and try to rerush as a sophomore next year? or would that be really really difficult and am I stuck with either eventually dropping out of Greek life altogether or stick with the sorority I got a bid from and just not getting too involved with their sisterhood? Obviously I will give these girls a chance because I got invited here for a reason, but it would help to know my options.
