Obviously we all know the top fraternities for girls and parties are Theta Chi, ATO, SAE. But I'm curious what your opinions are on each of the three houses? Preferably a full description on Theta Chi and ATO.. And ATO being dry, how is it still a top house? Thanks for the feedback.
