KD is still not a top house because 1. one pc alone does not make kd a top house, unless it is clearly stronger than Kappa, DG and Aphi. ummm 2. quota was so low this year that COB will have a bigger impact than usual. Still a lot of unfinished business. Especially this year, it isn't who you had at bid day, but who you initiate. As for that ranking, I'll let the downvotes do the talking.
