Sorry, but I was explaining what people think of top houses as. Of the houses listed, SAE has the most going on in terms as a house. All listed do have more to them than party, just they are going to give you a solid social scene too. Lambda isn't terrible, but they are going to be less than potential. Good location, history, etc. with that record you have to look at why someone isn't higher than they are. Just think, how can one of the oldest fraternities be considered a mid tier at most throughout their history. Even bottom at points. Im not going to dog on lambda though. They aren't really discussable by most opinions.
