Not sure about sororitys, but for fraternity recruitment I think they gauge on how you carry yourself during an event. Who you talk to, why you want to be greek,etc. just be yourself and they will see how you fit in, and you will see if you feel comfortable fitting in. Look at recruitment as a two way process.
