Higher houses are about $4,000 for a Freshman and about $8,000 when you move into the house. Low cost houses will be about $2,000 for a Freshman and then about $5,000 the next year. So some houses are double the cost..... Some houses are nicer but all houses have great girls in them and all houses have fun and love being in their sorority. Being on Greek Row is fun for all no matter what house you live in. Some are just more expensive. I'm in a middle house and from what I see and what I hear we should all be the same cause we do the same things most of the time. More expensive houses might do a few more things and buy more expensive gifts, and things. You'll just need to ask costs if it is an issue for you. I know a lot of girls had to drop their sorority because their parents wouldn't pay it. Good Luck and just ask questions and look between the lines (some houses try to be more than they are).... And remember all houses are great and you'll love being Greek! Good Luck and have fun.
