Costs vary by chapter. Go look on the WSU Greek website where they publish general information about this. Living in the chapter facility is generally a good deal, so if you get the chance to move in after recruitment, go for it. Regarding Kappa. They are a great house of sweet girls. They'll be recruiting, of course! Hazing? No. Drinking? Yes. Pi Phi lost its chapter a while back for hazing. It's not tolerated, but it took a while for the University to figure it out.
