Subject:
Describing Most of the Fraternities

Poster Message:
Theta Chi-Considered the Top House of Campus. Bid everyone from in-state, and mostly rich kids from very specific parts of Washington which include Issaquah, Sammamish, and Woodinville. Hang out with all of the top sororities. TKE-Throw the most big parties across campus that almost everyone shows up to. Mostly recruit a select group of kids, and will give out a lot of bids throughout the year. Hang out with a decent amount of sororities. Pi Kapp-A large fraternity squeezed into a small house. Party extremely hard, and tend to have the guys who are big partiers and drinkers. Extremely limited to hanging out with DG. Sig Ep- A dry house that has all of the preppy kids. Do not have a pledge program, and always average the highest GPA. Have a good relationship with pretty much every sorority. Party with Pi Kapps and TKEs a lot. Lambda-Extremely big partiers who tend not to take academics that seriously. Tend to throw with all of the top houses but not considered apart of the Big 4. Tend to recruit throughout Tacoma and more rural areas. Delts-Like Lambdas, throw with the top houses but not considered a top house. A more diverse group of guys. PIKE, FIJI, Sigma Nu, Phi Tau: All of these guys throw together and tend to throw with more with mid-tier sororities such as AXO, KD, and Theta. SAE: Fell off hard, used to hang with top houses, rely on transfer students to keep the house strong. If you want a nice house go Sigma Chi. If you want a more low-key fraternity with mid parties, go with a house like Betas or D-Sig. If you are a country boy go AGR.
