Recruit people that would be beneficial to greek life. Fraternities need to stop recruitingguys that just rage and drink and recruit guys that can actually talk to girls, have decent grades and actually care about brotherhood. sororities need to stop recruiting girls just because they're pretty. So many girls especially in this PC are ratchet, loud, and get white girl wasted way too much. instead they should recruit smart, pretty girls that care about sisterhood and will make good grades. And most importantly, TELL PNMS/ PLEDGES THE REAL COST OF BEING IN A HOUSE!!!!!!! We always give them some BS estimate and so many people drop because they can't pay. be upfront about costs. The best things in life are free, BUT GREEK LIFE IS NOT!
