Most "good" or "socially relevant" houses summer sign guys and hardly take any during formal. So your best bet is to talk to guys you know or went to school with that are in a house at WSU and go to their summer events. Also, you can contact the recruitment chairs and say you're interested in joining. A lot of them have Facebook groups for summer signs. And IDK about SAE, but I have a friend that was a transfer that got into Phi Delts this year.
