I think this is based off MC19. Their older members are a mixed bag, but they recruited better than Pi Phi or AOII. Now they need to stop hanging with bottom houses I also might even put Theta up above Kappa with their new class. Agree that Chi Onis above AOII now. PNMs loved Chi O!
