Honestly, you have to live in the dorms in the first year. After that you can live in the fraternity/sorority house. Realistically, it will cost $4,000 minimum general to live in a semester which includes your room and food. I think Delta-Gamma is the most expensive and I wouldn't be surprised if Phi Kappa Theta is the most expensive fraternity. Especially don't ask how much it is to be part of a house, it is give off a red flag. $4000 minimum for room and food $500-$1500 for alcohol and date dash shirts depending. Don't live in the dorms after the freshman year, it is a waste of money. If you really love living in the house, continue to live there or if you want, you can just move into an apartment with a few friends or by yourself.
