EVERY frat will try to say they’re a top house, when really there’s only 8 decent frats or so. Talk to girls in top houses and note if they’re wet or dry, dry houses are never top but there’s like 30 frats and all of them still have parties just not as frequently as the big houses. Also a big thing to see who’s lying is look at the amount of members and attractiveness of the frats.
