Haven't seen anyone talk about this yet so here it is. Sadly the house won't be finished until next summer according to the article but I'm excited to see it completed! I wonder how much the new house will affect their recruitment efforts. I know that when Pi Phi came back they seemed to have no issues recruiting well because they got access to the cute "doll-house" again. Crazy how much a building can influence potential new members. What do y'all think?
