The physical house plays some role but it’s not everything. Unfortunately some PNMs place value on a sorority off the physical house alone which should be the last thing to consider. I agree it’s not like gphi would go up to upper middle just cause of a nicer house. I’ve seen some of the pc18 thetas and I honestly thought they were in bottom sororities. AchiO is above them this year although Theta does have a nicer house
