Some houses like AXO have longer requirements like 2-4 semesters, some of the houses like ADPi don’t require members to live in as long as enough people choose to live in that all the rooms are full. Some like DG have super high fees to live in, some charge “liveout fees” if you don’t live in the house. It all depends on which chapter you end up in, but every chapter will have a Finance Chair that can help work out a payment plan that works for you! Good luck in recruitment 😊
