solid house, good grades & brotherhood. well rounded. definitely did well in rush this year so i can see them continuing to rise. not so strong: GADs, chapter house appearance, more focus on hall/room parties, philanthropy could use vamping up, and flakiness + obviously trying harder this year. losing the old "nice guy" vibe they used to have (that pikapp/chi psi/theta chi have)
