DGs are on the rise, their PC looks way better than the top tiers. I have met them in parties and all of them are nice. They're good at philanthropy competitions as well. Also I would say AZDs, they won first place in our Pike's Peak philanthropy, third place in Sigma Chi's Derby days, and first place in Phi Psi's philanthropy. They're doing a pretty good job in competitions tbh. But for first place I would have to go for Pi Phis they're really stepping it up
