Way to answer your own question in less than 3 minutes. No one actually cares about Fiji anymore except for Thetas. "Secrecy" doesn't make them top, no one cares who your president is or what you have for dinner. Fiji has been consistently dropping since at least PC 12, they're still mistaken for top though because they were the premier frat in Seattle for so long.
