Delts has a really nice/clean house that is undergoing renovations, but nobody goes there aside from the foam party. They have some cool guys, but the weirdos in that house highly outnumber the normal ones. For some weird reason they don't allow live ins. If you want a nice house, delts is a good choice, not great brotherhood or parties though. They offer academic scholarships which is really nice though. Phi Pools has another clean/nice house, but they get used for their pool during the summer. The pool is useless for most of the year though. Don't really know anything about Alpha Delts. Never rushed there and don't really know many guys there.
