I am actually in a house that is close with all three of those houses you are talking about, especially Alpha Delts, and they are all chill in some way. Alpha Delts actually has a lot of homies in there, they're all really chill and most girls love them. Delts is pretty cool as well, they kind of do their own thing, but throw the foam party which is one of the biggest parties of the year. They're a pretty good party house overall. Phi Pools is on the come up but I wouldnt say they're quite there yet. Overall though, the bros in there are cool. It all comes down to where you feel most comfortable, because you have to live there for your college tenure. Remember, don't decide a house based just off of parties and girls, as long as you have solid game, you'll mostly pull girls in any one of these houses, and they all can throw good parties (especially alpha delts and Delts). Id also check out PhiPsi and PiKapps, they're both a hella cool bunch of chillers as well.
