Everyone putting Zetes in bottom tier has no idea about rankings. They’re still a top house even after the incident. Multiple houses have been through incidents in the last few years such as Pikkapps and Chi psi which no one mentions those incidents anymore. Zetes is still top house their legacy at UW is top notch and Aphi is their sister house!
