I'm not gonna lie to you every house is somewhat of a party house. even bottom ones. the only house that genuinely focuses mainly on academics is phi sigma rho. but that's not to say every house only cares about going out and getting drunk, we're all still college students trying to graduate and get a good job. but at the end of the day, sororities are social organizations and none are inherently centered around academics so if that's what you really want just join a professional frat or suck it up and accept that you don't have to party in a sorority but others will.
