4/12/2014 "The University of Washington takes all hazing allegations seriously. While the allegations are currently under investigation, the fraternity will remain on probation. Due to the most recent allegations the University has declared this to be a double probation violation. As a result of the most recent ongoing investigation. All new pledges must sign a notice of infraction prior to moving in to this fraternity.
