1. Basically every house cobs now. 2. Getting a bid is easier than ever. If you are normal enough and put a little effort in you will get one pretty fast. 3. It is true that cobs tend to not be as close to their mc. A lot of bonding goes on in the first quarter. When I rushed I wanted the full experience and did FFR. I don't regret it, and it was the best choice for me, but I know plenty of cobs who are happy with their decision.
