I can’t tell if you’re being serious, but in case you are, no it does not matter for employment. They barely matter as an upperclassman. Speaking from experience, It’s a lot of unnecessary superficial drama your first year or two and then “tier” makes no difference in your life. That’s why you should choose a house regardless of how they are ranked on here. I would say the only real reason to AVOID putting your fraternity on your resume only if they have been involved in some kind of scandal that could be found in a Google search. I know the actions of a few don’t reflect an entire chapter, but unfortunately something like this can make you look bad. For your employment/resume, get involved in your house and in the Greek community in general! That will look great and have a good impact on the community regardless of which house you are in. The other way Greek life can help with employment is through networking with alumnae, and again you can do this in any chapter and even across chapters if you put in the effort to reach out to people. I hope this helps.
