tbh no point bc they're just going to charge new member fees but have no events until maybe winter or spring. there are barely any pnm's signed up so they'll def need to have a bigger ver of cob for all houses or the pc 20s will be really small. also your "chances" aren't any better during fall rush, each house will just have smaller pc's. if anything cob will be easier bc it'll be harder for panhell to manage
