I appreciate the bravado, but what the person really needs is a reality check. To post his personal matters on the internet with such insecurity and baseless accusations doesn't deserve a response. Rather, he should either take the time to tell us the whole story so we can judge the situation more properly or not post at all. We don't know what this girl did/ has been doing. We don't know what kind of relationship they have, if any. There isn't much point in speculating off one or two whiny sentences.
