Yes closet, some houses have personal desks, some have libraries. Don’t bring a years worth of clothes, just bring for that quarter (fall clothes, winter etc). Don’t bring any kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster etc). Don’t bring any furniture or a whole lot of decor items, wait until you see where you’re living/if you’ll be on a porch or not. Bring: shower caddy, hamper, mattress pad, twin XL sheets, hangers. A lot of people like those fans that can clip onto a bed, as well as lights that can clip on to bed. Also really recommend a bunk-buddy, it’s like a shelf that attaches to your bed, really handy for top bunk.
