Before rush and during rush you will hear girls talk about top houses/ not wanting to be in certain houses because they aren't good enough or have a certain reputation. Rush can be very superficial but when you go in the house think about if you could see yourself becoming best friends with these girls because you live there. If you don't like them, or if they are mean there literally is no where for you to escape to. If you do not get along with the girls what could have been the best four years of your life can quickly become the worst four years. Also to note, greekrank is kind of BS but there are general trends that are correct and it is not something to ignore if every post you see about a house says that they are mean or that they haze, however do not let it be the only factor in choosing a house. Look for the girls you want to be like at the end of your four years at UW.
