Theta Chi has not been shut down for 4 years. And their appeal was not rejected by IFC. When they appealed their case they actually decreased the sentence by a full year. And IFC doesn’t have the power to shut down a house. That comes down to their own nationals. Their house will remain open for as long as their nationals would like and it making financial sense.
