maybe but when you compare phi mu’s and zta’s pc 19’s, they’re the same quality and honestly the same with pc 18. it’s only the upper pcs that zta’s worse, but the upper pcs don’t matter as much as the lower ones in terms of ranks. phi mu is also definitely not as good as axid or adpi lol
