Pi Phi -Traditionally known as the Bellevue White Girl House that does blow, they previously competed with Theta for the top spot, but fell drastically due to their main brother house—Beta—taking a big hit the previous school year since their social schedule got shattered from the ally being shut down as well as the racism allegations and lack of prominence in the Greek System. Now they are middle tier at best Theta -A mixed balance of vibes such as Pi Phi, G Phi, and Tri Delts, but ONLY hangs out with FIJI since they were nationally founded by them, and locally owned by their alumni. Since FIJI fell alongside Beta, and the truth coming out about the A/B team, this srat has taken a huge hit going into the 2019 school year.
