Disclaimer: I am not a member of the Greek community and know nothing about it so I have no clue which frats are loud or party hardest. I went to see an apartment today and heard the phi delta theta building, which is about 0.1 mile away, is playing out loud music. I don't know how frequently they will do that, but I like the apartment, and I believe I will not hear their music when I close the window. I'm just afraid if they do it all the day, I may not be able to ever open my window. Do you guys think it is a good choice to rent an apartment that's so close to the Frat building? Does phi delta theta party frequently?
