i rushed this year as a junior and the post above couldn’t be more true. during recruitment i actually had two houses tell me that they really loved me and were sad about my age, one mentioning their three year live in policy.. basically telling me they were gonna drop me and then that round they did. one other thing to keep in mind is you won’t have the same amount of opportunities to join things like the exec board or other positions of the house because you can’t do so as a senior since positions run into the next year. so if you want any positions like that you’ll have to run during your first year at the house. wish I had thought about that before elections this year
