Top: Theta, Aphi, Gphi Upper middle: Pi phi, KD, Tri Delt, Kappa Middle: DZ, Chi O, DG Lower middle: AXiD, ADPi, AXO Upper bottom: Phi Mu, Zeta, AGD Bottom: SK, AOPi Some explanation—as much as everyone wants to say that Theta and Pi Phi are no longer “top”/“good” houses, that is wrong. The majority of frats still hold the view that they are “top” whether we do or not. That being said, with Pi Phi’s PC19 they are definitely on the fall, especially compared to Theta. APhi is definitely on the rise and have a good reputation (which is why I put them at number 2), but honestly with some of the girls in there house idk if they deserve that spot. I would say they are really tied with GPhi. KD is definitely on the rise. Tri delt and Kappa are really on the same level, so another tie there. DZ is also on the rise with their PC19 and DG is falling. AXiD and ADPi and also very similar to each other—both have some pretty girls and some scary girls (sorry). AXO is very controversial right now with all of their drama (not the Theta Chi stuff), but are still not lower than Phi Mu or Zeta simply because they look a lot better (sorry again). I think AGD, SK, and AOPi maintain the same spots they’ve been in for awhile.
