So I am a new freshman at the University and got really busy this summer and was not able to sign with a house. I received two bids from the only two houses I was able to rush, but I want to explore other houses and choose from the overall best where I think I fit. Can anyone help me out with a general time when rushing will start again for houses for the new PC' 20? Thank you for your help!
