Nah tops are still theta and pi phi but I think KD and A Phi are up there because their PC 19 are better than theta and pi phi. Theta and Pi Phi are still tops though bevause of past pc. As for the middle tiers, axo and adpi rushed hella bad and in my opinions phi mu and axid rushed better than both of them and have a better pc
