Those are both very good houses! If you've gotten bids to both, I would personally recommend choosing Zetes. Zetes got first in grades for spring quarter out of all fraternities. Both houses pull plenty of girls, but I would say that Zetes can have much larger parties than Pi Kapps. Physically, I'd say the house at Zetes is also one of the nicest on campus. Both houses have stronger brotherhoods, but it's more important about which house you feel you would fit in better with. Both houses have strong reps though so you'll be good either way you choose!
