theta is more classy (think pretentious) with how they party - more rules about what they can/can’t do but they can get pretty wild. gphi is more of your down to smoke partiers, heavy w/ juuls and that chill yet fun vibe. regardless both houses know how to party hard and are fun af to get lit with but definitely aren’t as ratchet as others due to the intense “image” they need to portray.
