I filled out the COB form and have been contacted by several sororities, but there was one in particular that I am really interested in that I haven't heard back from. It isn't a "top" house or anything I just really like their vibe. Should I try e-mailing their rush chair or should I just wait and see if they reach out to me? someone told me it would be annoying if i reached out to their cob chair but i don't really see why that would be annoying.
