Any house that has girls who know you from HS or your hometown is going to pretty much have their mind made up on you before you even hear your first door chant. Half of work week is considering every girl coming through and roughly sorting them based on their level of interest, meaning whether they can see you fitting in and would be proud to have you in their new PC. If you have genuine friendships with those girls, then unless you have a terrible reputation, act arrogant, or pee yourself during a recruitment event, you will probably be OK. As far as Pi Phi, it's also going to help if you're reasonably attractive. If you don't really know those girls from your HS, you're going to need to shine. But you need to show your best self at every house during recruitment, so good luck.
