Okay this is so dumb people argue about this. Obviously it is Sigma Chi and Betas. Sure Alpha Delts, Fiji, and TKE are good, but the top two are pretty clear. Both Sigma Chi and Betas hang out with the best sororities, have the hottest guys, and are the most rushed houses. Those other three basically fill their PCs with the guys who those two didn't want.
