^i don't like your reasoning at all. You're making it sound like non-white and international students are the only reason dorms suck so you can just shut up. To OP, if you are considering rushing even the slightest bit, do it. Try COB. If it doesn't work out, do FFR next year. Lots of sophomores rush so don't even worry about that.
