Please don't take stuff on this site seriously, go off your recruitment experience. Tiers are petty and don't mean anything, and ultimately you just need to choose where you're going to be happiest (I know a couple people who signed a bid based on ranking and later dropped or wished they were in a different house). Not being anti-top house or anything, they all have amazing women in them, as well as middle and bottom houses too. I chose a house that ended up being lower than the other ones I had on pref and I ended up super happy and comfortable there. Go with your gut :)
