1) What are LORs?? 2) Legacy policies are different depending on the house, so it's hard to say! But it is definitely a benefit no matter what. 3) They don't reference previous year scores! They'll definitely ask what grade you're in and whatever so just prepare a little blurb about how you got sick last year during rush, felt like you were missing out this year, and so joining a chapter is definitely something you have been looking forward to for a while.
