Sororities often look for: poise; polish; compatibility; friendliness; ability to afford (NOT wealth/status); grades; adherence to their particular sorority's membership standards; prior performance in leadership and group settings. You also need to know a few homes may never be allowed to invite you beyond first party if they cut you last year (and unless you are an initiate you will never know which ones so please do not ask them).
