Mine was $400 for the whole summer and we didn't have a chef or anything, it was pretty dirty but super fun and they had GADs and fun events and free alcohol. Definitely prepare for a lot of drinking and kind of ratchet living conditions. You do also have to apply, if you have a friend in a sorority here you can apply with them but you're best bet is to reach out to the social chairs or someone in the fraternity to try to get to know them because live-in is competitive even for girls in sororities at UW.
