Chi O and AXO are pretty similar houses in that most people would consider them genuine and nice people. I would argue that Chi O is not very similar to DZ or AXiD in personality, but they are similar to ADPi in that the girls are smart and sweet. AXO is known for being more social and is on 17th which is a plus. They are pretty similar to DG and Kappa because they have a lot of down to earth girls who like going out. Both houses are great and good luck seeing which is best for you! Keep in mind that there are smart / social girls in both houses (and every house too) so it depends on where you feel most comfortable
